What to Expect
Your First Visit
Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family.
We will request that you complete our new patient forms.
These forms are also conveniently located under the “New Patient Forms” tab at the top of this page if you would like to fill them out prior to your visit.
Consultation
Let us get to know you! The Patient Information and Health History Form gives us information about you and the history and current state of your health so that we can assist you in the best way possible.
Examination
After your consultation, Dr. Lee will perform a complete chiropractic examination testing your range of motion, reflexes, and flexibility as well as other standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical examinations. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
X-Ray Studies
Depending on your specific condition, we may take x-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any serious spinal conditions. Most people are amazed once they see their x-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.
What to Expect
Your Second Visit
Report of Findings
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, Dr. Lee will give you a report of findings and present to you your x-rays. After a discussion is held regarding your history and your goals, Dr. Lee will tell you if he feels that Chiropractic care can help you or notify you if your condition requires care with other providers.
Dr. Lee will provide the best treatment and wellness program for your needs. At the conclusion of the Report of Findings, you can choose to experience your first treatment.
Our goal is to help you feel comfortable so you can experience the many benefits of Chiropractic Care!
Treatment
